Custom Orders

A non-refundable deposit is required on all custom orders with distinct personalization, including, but not limited to, initials, branding, and specific designs. Changes to initial orders may be subject to additional fees. All custom orders must be paid in full before product will be shipped. Lackore Leather is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer and additional fees can be expected in these cases.

Return Policy

All sales are effectively final. Returns, exchanges or refund requests will be held at the discretion of Lackore Leather management. This being said, customer satisfaction is my number one priority, and I will work to ensure every customer is 100% satisfied with their product and experience with Lackore Leather.

Shipping

All orders that are shipped will be provided tracking information. Once orders are dropped off for shipping and tracking is provided, Lackore Leather is not responsible for delay, loss or damages during transport, but I will work with you to ensure a solution is reached. If an order is returned due to an incorrect delivery address, additional delivery costs will apply to ship the item to a correct address. Local pickup around the Fallon, NV area is available. To arrange this, please leave a comment in the order notes.
